STUDENT LIBRARIANS/ TAECHERS ON THE OCCASION OF TEACHERS DAY

On the occasion of Teachers' Day, PM SHRI KV Dhenkanal organized a unique event where student librarians and teachers took over the classroom responsibilities. The student librarians/ Teachers stepped into the role of teachers, conducting engaging lessons and managing the class with enthusiasm and creativity. This initiative allowed students to experience the challenges and rewards of teaching, fostering leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Teachers provided guidance and encouragement, creating a collaborative atmosphere. The event celebrated the importance of educators while promoting peer learning and student empowerment, making Teachers' Day a memorable and enriching experience for everyone involved.

CAREER GUIDANCE AND COUNSELLING SESSIONS

 PM SHRI KV Dhenkanal hosted a career guidance and counseling session conducted by Genxture, aimed at helping students explore various career paths and make informed decisions about their futures. The session covered topics such as emerging career trends, skill development, and the importance of aligning personal interests with professional goals. Expert counselors from Genxture provided personalized advice, answered student queries, and offered insights into higher education options and vocational opportunities. The interactive session empowered students to identify their strengths, set clear career goals, and take proactive steps toward achieving them, fostering confidence and informed decision-making.

 MULTI-CULTURAL PROGRAM FOR THE STUDENTS OF R.I.E. BHUBANESWAR

PM SHRI KV Dhenkanal offered a dynamic learning atmosphere for the students of the Regional Institute of Education, Bhubaneswar, through a range of interactive and experiential learning opportunities. The school provided exposure to innovative teaching methods, well-equipped classrooms, and modern educational tools, enhancing the practical training of RIE students. Engaging in classroom activities, co-curricular programs, and student interactions at KV Dhenkanal allowed future educators to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings. The program also includes mentoring sessions for primary school students to build confidence and academic proficiency.

At PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya  Dhenkanal, the recent National Library Week was a vibrant and enriching celebration, highlighting the invaluable role of libraries in education and community life. The school library was transformed into a hub of literary activity, with decorations that captured the essence of books and reading. The week began with an engaging inauguration ceremony, where the principal and faculty emphasized the importance of reading and exploration.

Throughout the week, students participated in a variety of activities designed to foster a love for books. A book fair was organized, featuring an array of genres that intrigued readers of all ages. The

excitement continued with reading challenges, encouraging students to explore new genres and authors. Many students enthusiastically took part, sharing their book reviews and recommendations on a dedicated bulletin board.
